Scope of the deletion
When you request deletion of your information, we delete your account and all data associated with it: payments, enrolled courses, grades and quiz results, session history, and any other personal data we have on record. We do not keep copies beyond what the law requires us to retain (for example, accounting records of payments already processed).
Process to request deletion of your information
- Send an email to info@insigniaeducation.com with:
- Full name
- ID document
- Email address
- Phone number
- Wait up to 5 business days for us to confirm by email that the process has been completed.
Timelines
Your account and personal data are removed from our active systems within 5 business days of confirming your request. Backups that may contain your information are overwritten within a maximum of 90 days.
